Civilian Operations Mission Statement

What is Civilian Operations? 

Civilian Operations is the backbone for this FiveM Roleplay Community to function , this department is what creates everything from Law Enforcement Operation interaction to Fire and Medical interaction and much more.

We achieve this by making sure the Civilian Members are trained to the Training Standards of this Community and understand the core structures that are in place such as Community Rules and Regulations, Department Policies that are released , Vehicle Structures and Weapon Structures and the most importantly a Chain of Command Structure.

These are in place because this is a whitelisted community and we want to showcase quality roleplay to make everything as realistic as possible. We want to be able to share this with everyone through viewing platforms like Twitch , Youtube and Social Media.

Civilians are expected to follow these structures to the highest of standards and everything else with our in-game interactions will just flow into place, being a civilian is the hardest department to roleplay in as everything in place relies on this department for the communities success and growth and by having a strong core value is vital.
